Page 1 of 1REPAIR & MAINTENANCE I Hand/foot operated pumps PA 04, 09, 18IMaintenance recommendations:After use (every time) Wear full protective gear during maintenance.Always act according to the safety instructions as supplied with each tool!Necessary equipment: Hydraulic oil, WD40, soft cloth  Step 1  Check general condition of the pump  Check for traces of oil leakage Clean pump if necessary  Check if the pump handle lock mechanism unlocks whenpressing the pump handle downStep 2  Check coupler(s) and dust cap(s) for dirt and/or oil leakage  Clean coupler(s) with a clean and soft cloth, if necessarywith water and soap  Check function coupler(s)  If necessary grease with WD40 Reconnect loose dust cap(s) to coupler(s)Step 3  Check the oil level with pump in upright position, coupler pointing down Oil level should be like indicatedStep 4  If necessary fill oil  Remove filler cap at the back of the pump Supply oil till oil level is halfway of the sight glassHolmatro Rescue Equipment B.V.
