Stauff
Stauff is a leading manufacturer of hydraulic and pneumatic pipe clamps, measuring components, filtration systems, and test equipment for the hydraulic industry. The company, headquartered in Werdohl, Germany, delivers a broad range of system components essential for the installation, maintenance, and diagnosis of hydraulic systems. At Verkopershulp.nl, more than 809 Stauff products are available.
Stauff's most well-known product is the hydraulic pipe clamps (twin-ring clamps) in the RS series. These two-way clamps are used for safely securing hydraulic and pneumatic pipes of diameters from 6 to 168 mm. The clamps are available in steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, and are available in isochrone and non-isochrone versions for applications with or without damping requirements.
The Stauff Test-Point series measuring points have become the industry standard for easily connecting measuring instruments to hydraulic systems. These self-sealing test points are available in various connection formats (M16x2, 9/16-18 UNF, etc.) and are resistant to system pressures up to 630 bar. They enable fast pressure measurement and fluid sampling without having to bleed or open the system.
For filtration applications, Stauff delivers inline filters, return filters, suction filters, and high-pressure filters for hydraulic systems. The filter elements are available in various micron classes from 3 to 200 micrometers and are made from fiberglass, stainless steel, or cellulose filter material. Stauff filters are compatible with all common hydraulic oils and synthetic fluids.
At Verkopershulp.nl, you will find the complete Stauff range for direct ordering. Our technical team advises you on the correct clamp specification, test point configuration, and filtration solution for your hydraulic system.
Stauff has also developed a complete range of hydraulic seals, O-rings, and maintenance products specifically designed for use in hydraulic systems. The Stauff brand group also includes Parker Hannifin distribution partnerships for supplying hydraulic hoses, fittings, and assemblies to the industrial market. The extensive product breadth enables Stauff to serve customers as a one-stop shop for hydraulic installation components.
The Stauff Connect series quick couplings and connection fittings provide certified hydraulic connections for high-pressure applications. These couplings are available in common ISO connection standards and are compatible with all market-standard hydraulic hoses and fittings. Stauff delivers its products through an extensive network of authorized distributors and representatives in more than 60 countries, with technically trained sales staff specifically trained in hydraulic system components.
History
Stauff was founded in 1967 in Werdohl, Germany, as a manufacturer of hydraulic pipe clamps for the automotive and machinery industries. The company was one of the first in Europe to introduce Twin-Ring clamp technology, where two symmetrical clamp half-rings secure a pipe without damaging the pipe surface. In the 1970s, Stauff expanded its range to measuring components for hydraulic systems, including the Test-Point series. The introduction of filtration products in the 1980s completed the portfolio of hydraulic system components. Today, Stauff delivers its products to customers in more than 60 countries through an extensive distribution network and has production facilities in Germany, USA, UK, Australia, China, and India. Stauff grew internationally through targeted acquisitions and joint ventures, including expansion into Australia, India, and China to be closer to regional markets. The introduction of the Stauff Line concept — an integrated range of pipe fastening, measurement, and filtration — strengthened its position as a complete system component supplier for the hydraulic industry.
