History

Norgren was founded in 1923 by Carl Norgren in Denver, Colorado (USA) as a manufacturer of air treatment accessories for pneumatic systems. The company grew rapidly thanks to the introduction of its signature filter-regulator-lubricator combinations. In the 1950s Norgren expanded internationally into Europe and Asia. From the 1970s to the 1990s Norgren grew through acquisitions of specialized pneumatic manufacturers in Europe, including British Martonair and Italian tekno-electro.
