Moog
Moog Inc. is a world leader in precision drive technology and motion control systems. The company, founded in 1951 by William C. Moog in East Aurora, New York, specialises in the development of highly accurate electrical, hydraulic and electrohydraulic drive systems for critical applications. At Verkopershulp.nl, more than 866 Moog products are available for direct delivery. Moog's technology is deployed in the most demanding applications in the world, from space missions to semiconductor manufacturing.
Moog is internationally recognised for its hydraulic servo valves, which have become the industry standard in precision hydraulics. The D633 series direct-drive servo valves and D634 series two-stage servo valves offer resolutions below 0.1 percent and are deployed in machine tools, test benches and simulators. The hydraulic pumps in the Moog 0514 series, including variable axial piston pumps and radial piston pumps, complement the servo valve range for complete hydraulic drive solutions.
The Moog electric drive division includes brushless DC and AC servo motors, digital servo drives and multi-axis motion controllers. The BN series brushless servo motors are available in powers from 50 W to 22 kW and offer excellent dynamic response characteristics with high torque-to-inertia ratios. Combined with the Moog T200 series servo drives, these components form complete intelligent drive systems for demanding positioning applications with EtherCAT, CANopen and Profibus interfaces.
The Moog servo valve range also includes the 072 and 078 series servo valves, filter elements for servo valve hydraulic circuits, and rotary actuators (085 series) for applications requiring combined rotary and linear motion. Servo valve filter elements (071 series) are essential for maintaining the required hydraulic oil cleanliness (ISO 4406 class 15/12 or better), which is critical for the long service life of precision servo valves.
For aerospace, defence and semiconductor manufacturing, Moog delivers high-quality direct-drive actuators and piezo actuators for extremely precise positioning. The HPR series variable hydraulic piston pumps are specifically designed for high-cycle hydraulic applications in test rigs and industrial presses. Complete servo valve overhaul kits contain all necessary O-rings, filter elements and seals for overhaul without replacing the entire valve body.
At Verkopershulp.nl you can order the most requested Moog replacement parts, servo valves, pumps and motion control components directly. Our technical team assists in identifying the correct Moog component based on model number or technical specifications of your system.
History
Moog was founded in 1951 by William C. Moog in East Aurora, New York. The invention of the proportional servo valve in 1951 by William Moog was a breakthrough in hydraulic precision control and laid the foundation for the company. In the 1960s, Moog servo valves provided critical functionality in the Apollo space programs and military aircraft, cementing Moog's reputation as the premier supplier of precision motion control for demanding applications. In the 1970s, Moog expanded into industrial markets including machine tools and plastic injection molding. The company subsequently diversified into electric drive systems, motion controllers, and active vibration damping. Through acquisitions of Animatics Corporation and various European drive companies, Moog strengthened its position as a complete supplier of mechatronic drive systems. Today, Moog operates with more than 12,000 employees worldwide in industry, aerospace, and defense.
